Visual and participatory competitive analysis

How it works

Configure matrix and competitors

Define the two evaluation axes (e.g. Price / Quality) and the list of competitors to position in the matrix.

Collect positions

Share the link with participants. Each person positions competitors in the matrix independently via drag & drop.

Explore the competitive map

The dashboard shows aggregated positions with dispersion ellipses for each competitor, highlighting convergences and ambiguities.

What you get

Aggregated competitive map

A 2×2 matrix showing each competitor's average position. Dispersion ellipses indicate the degree of agreement among participants.

Relative positioning

Identify clusters of similarly perceived competitors, market white spaces, and ambiguous positions with high dispersion.

Data for advanced analysis

Export all individual positions in CSV for statistical analysis, segmentation, or pre/post comparisons.
