Three digital tools for qualitative research
Stakeholder mapping, semantic differential, and competitive analysis. Create a project, share the link, collect structured data, and visualize results in real time.
THE TOOLS
Three tools, one platform
Each tool is designed for a specific qualitative research methodology.
StakeMap
Interactive and collaborative stakeholder mapping
StakeMap lets you understand how participants perceive the stakeholders of a project. Define two custom axes (e.g. Influence / Interest), share the link, and collect positions in real time. The dashboard shows aggregated positions with dispersion for each stakeholder.
SemDiff
Digital semantic differential
SemDiff digitizes the semantic differential technique. Create custom bipolar scales (e.g. Innovative — Traditional), collect participant ratings, and visualize average semantic profiles with dispersion indicators. Ideal for brand perception, concept evaluation, and attitudinal research.
CompScape
Visual and participatory competitive analysis
CompScape lets you map the competitive landscape through the eyes of your participants. Define competitors and two evaluation axes, then collect individual positions. The dashboard shows aggregated perceptions with dispersion ellipses to identify convergences and ambiguities.
HOW IT WORKS
From project to data in four steps
Every tool follows the same simple flow.
Create the project
Pick a tool (StakeMap, SemDiff, or CompScape), name your project, and configure the parameters.
Share the link
Generate a link for each participant or enable open access with a single shared link.
Participants respond
From the browser, no login and nothing to install. Works on desktop and mobile.
Analyze results
Dashboard with aggregated data, interactive charts, and CSV export. All updated in real time.

Get to know the tools
Each tool is based on a well-established research methodology. Here's how they work and when to use them.
StakeMap
What it is
Stakeholder mapping is a technique to visualize relationships between actors in a system. Participants position stakeholders on a two-axis matrix (e.g. influence/interest), then assess the impact of each one. The result is a visual map of collective perceptions.
When to use it
Stakeholder analysis in complex projects, power dynamics assessment in organizations, relational network studies in institutional or community contexts.
What you get
Aggregated maps with mean positions and dispersion, consensus index, relational dissonance analysis between stakeholder pairs, impact scores.
SemDiff
What it is
The semantic differential (Osgood, 1957) is a technique for measuring the connotative meaning of concepts. Participants rate an object on bipolar scales (e.g. modern–traditional, cold–warm). The resulting semantic profile reveals how a concept is perceived.
When to use it
Brand perception evaluation, corporate image analysis, product or service perception studies, target group comparisons.
What you get
Mean semantic profiles with standard deviation for each scale, radar charts, group comparison, response distribution for each pair.
CompScape
What it is
Competitive landscape mapping is a technique to visualize the perceived positioning of brands or products on a two-dimensional matrix. Each participant places competitors based on their own perception, generating a collective map.
When to use it
Market positioning analysis, competitive benchmarking, competitor perception studies, differentiation opportunity exploration.
What you get
Aggregated map with dispersion ellipses, mean positions per competitor, segment/group comparison, raw data for advanced analysis.
FEATURES
What every project includes
Practical features to manage your study from start to finish.
Stakeholder mapping
Relational and impact matrices with automatic dissonance and consensus calculations.
Semantic differential
Customizable bipolar scales (5 or 7 points). Mean profiles, standard deviation, and group comparison.
Competitive analysis
2D matrix with custom axes. Drag & drop competitor positioning with aggregated map.
Real-time data
Results update automatically as soon as a participant completes their session.
CSV export
Download all raw data for further analysis in Excel, SPSS, R, or Python.
Collaboration
Manage projects as a team with roles (owner, admin, member). Shared dashboard.
